My client, a global law firm, is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Manager to join their international L&D team.
The Learning and Development Manager will be based in London and comes with a global remit, offering the chance to work across multiple regions. Occasional international travel may be required.

Salary: Up to £85k
Location: London (with international scope)
Hybrid working approx: 3 days in office per week
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Partner with senior stakeholders and HR/L&D colleagues to conduct training needs analysis and provide strategic solutions for employee development.
* Design and deliver learning programmes using a variety of formats, including in-person training, virtual sessions, webinars, and one-to-one coaching.
* Collaborate with IT, Compliance, Knowledge, and Transformation teams to lead technology training and support the adoption of new systems and tools.
* Maintain and update learning management system (LMS) content, ensuring material stays relevant and aligned with evolving business needs.
* Design and deliver engaging instructional materials tailored to internal systems, including blended learning content such as eLearning modules, job aids, and simulations.
* Partner with internal trainers and subject-matter experts to build relevant and scalable learning solutions.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a legal or professional services environment. A solid background in technology training and experience of business partnering with senior leaders is essential.
They should be confident in delivering a range of training styles, creative in their instructional design, and passionate about learning and talent development. A proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple global priorities will be key to success in this role.
