Working for a leading FM Service Provider completing fire door maintenance / Remedials and Carpentry duties. Key Responsibilities General maintenance predominantly to fire doors across the estate such as adjusting door frames, changing closers, strips, hinges Carpentry maintenance works such as installing and repairing cabinets and wall based units, skirting and boxing and other general building fabric work. Hours of work / requirements Hourly rate up to £22p/h via umbrellaMonday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm - 40 hour weekTemporary ongoing 3 months with potential to be extended Candidates will need their own vehicle for travel and have this insured for business use. You can claim back business mileage.
