The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Consultant to handle leads from African markets and the African diaspora community in the UK. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through their overseas career and immigration options with Y-Axis.
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients
* Build strong relationships and understand client needs
* Recommend suitable Y-Axis services and convert leads into clients
* Maintain accurate CRM records and hit monthly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a sales or customer‑facing role
* Strong understanding of African cultures and communities
* Fluency in English; an African language (e.g. French, Swahili, Yoruba, Hausa) is a big plus
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Right to work in the UK for at least 1 year (sponsorship available after probation)
Nice to have: Degree in Business or Marketing | UK IAA Level 1 | RCIC | Australia RMA
