The role exists to build the capabilities, leadership depth, and talent pipeline required to deliver Weetabix's long-term growth ambition. As a critical Centre of Excellence within HR, the role designs and delivers Weetabix-wide strategies that ensuring the organisation consistently attracts great people, develops high-performing teams, and creates clear pathways for career growth.
