Presales Solutions Consultant (Cyber Security & Networking)

My client is looking for a Presales Solutions Consultant to join their team and play a pivotal role in delivering market-leading cybersecurity and networking solutions. The successful individual will partner with sales and bid teams to design and present high-impact solutions for enterprise clients, working with top-tier vendors like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, and more.
This is a presales-focused, customer-facing role where your technical expertise and strategic insight will shape digital transformation journeys across Cyber, Security, and Connectivity services.
What You’ll Do:
1. Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, scoping and solutioning cybersecurity and networking technologies.
2. Own and deliver technical strategy for large, strategic accounts.
3. Lead technical discovery, demos, PoCs, and strategy sessions.
4. Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), schematics, RFx responses, and Bills of Materials (BoMs).
5. Collaborate across architecture, implementation, and project delivery teams.
6. Stay ahead of emerging technologies and vendor innovations.
What They’re Looking For:
1. Strong presales experience in cybersecurity and networks.
2. Hands-on expertise in vendors like Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, etc.
3. Experience with SIEM, SOAR, MSSP, DDoS, WAF, EDR, IDAM is advantageous.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
5. A proactive, can-do attitude and a drive for outstanding client outcomes.
6. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
