An exciting opportunity has arisen for a scheduler to join the Nairn & Ardersier Enablement Care at Home Team. This 35-hour per week post will enable the right candidate to be part of an integrated adult social care service with NHS Highland. The Nairn & Ardersier Enablement team provides an important and valued enablement service to residents of the Nairn & Ardersier area. The post will assist staff, Enablement Officer, and Senior Enablement Workers within the District Integrated Health and Social Care team by implementing electronic care rotational visits for individuals and their families/carers. The focus will be on maximizing capacity to support locality flow, facilitating prompt discharge from hospital, and supporting anticipatory care planning to prevent readmission or admission to hospital or care homes.
This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa.

NHS Scotland is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours starting 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. The advert and employment contracts reflect this new schedule. Some service areas may require temporary additional hours up to 30 minutes per week until rosters are adjusted.
