An established and growing nursery group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to take ownership of all recruitment activity across its settings.
This is a confidential replacement role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing end to end recruitment and improving hiring outcomes in a people focused organisation.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple nursery settings, ensuring roles are filled efficiently with high quality candidates.
Key responsibilities include
Managing recruitment for a range of early years roles
Advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates via job boards and databases
Screening and interviewing candidates
Coordinating offers and onboarding
Managing compliance checks and pre employment processes
Working closely with senior leadership to understand hiring priorities
Improving recruitment processes, candidate experience and time to hire
Acting as the main point of contact for all recruitment activity
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in recruitment either in house or agency
Strong organisational and communication skills
Able to manage multiple vacancies at the same time
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Early years, education or healthcare recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential
