Location: The Kensington – UB5 6AL, Kensington Road, London Borough of Ealing Family Support Worker/Support Worker Pay & Conditions * £15.50 – £17.50 per hour (paid hourly between 08:00 – 22:00) * Night Shift Flat Rate: £120.00 – £140.00 (10:00pm – 08:00am) * Paid Induction * Flexible shift-based working available Monday to Sunday Shift Patterns Overview 09:00 – 20:30 | Long Day Shift 09:00 – 16:30 | Short Day Shift 16:00 – 20:30 | Short Evening Shift 16:00 – 09:30 | Long Overnight Shift 20:00 – 09:30 | Short Overnight Shift Contract Types: Full-time, part-time, and bank (casual) contracts available. Rates for Independent Social Workers (ISWs): £2,500 for single-parent assessments and £3,600 for two-parent assessments. About Our Service TY provides independent, high-quality parenting assessments and interventions within a residential setting for families experiencing complex challenges. Our goal is to promote stability, strengthen parenting capacity, and achieve safer, more positive outcomes for children. As we prepare to open a second residential family centre, we are looking for skilled and compassionate professionals to be part of this next chapter. What Family Support Worker/Support Worker will do: * You will join the “team around the family” to: * Provide daily support, care and observations for families * Contribute to holistic parenting assessments * Work collaboratively with local authorities, wider family networks, and multi-agency professionals * Help parents develop confidence, insight and positive routines * Ensure safeguarding and promote a nurturing, child-focused environment About Family Support Worker/Support Worker We’re looking for people who are: * Experienced working with families and children in residential or community settings * Passionate about trauma-informed and strengths-based practice * Adaptable, reliable, and confident in challenging situations * Committed to learning and development Essential: * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) * Excellent written, IT, and communication skills * Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check Why Join Us?
