Position: Warehouse Operative Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (after a minimum of 12 weeks) Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire Salary: £12.21 per hour Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a leading logistics company based in the Daventry area. This is an exciting opportunity to work inside a brand-new, modern warehouse, supporting a reputable and rapidly expanding business. Your role as a Warehouse Operative will involve a variety of general warehouse duties including picking, packing, goods movement, and stock handling. This is a fantastic chance to secure long-term work, with the potential to go permanent after a minimum 12-week period. As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include: Picking and packing orders using handheld scanners Working accurately from pick sheets and order lists Sorting, loading and unloading goods Replenishing stock and maintaining warehouse organisation General warehouse duties such as pallet wrapping and stock movement Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe Following all site health and safety regulations Requirements Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential Ability to use handheld scanners (training provided if needed) Good attention to detail and accuracy Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Pay & Shifts £12.21 per hour Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00 What's in it for you?
