Description
* Manage and oversee the delivery of tax services to private clients.
* Take ownership of a portfolio of circa 200 clients.
* Provide expert advice on tax affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the development of tax strategy and policies.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the achievement of departmental goals.
* Stay up to date with changes in tax legislation and industry trends.
* Participate in business development activities to grow the client base.
* Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Profile
A successful Private Client Tax Manager should have:
* CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified.
* Proven experience in tax management within a professional services setting.
* Strong knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations.
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
* A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
