We are now looking to expand our team with a dedicated Services Coordinator, who will play a vital role in delivering collection services on behalf of our clients and providing essential administrative support to the manager. About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Services Coordinators to manage incoming queries and daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless communication between clients, their customers, and our partners. This role will involve account management, customer service, and problem-solving on an international scale. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Manage a portfolio of accounts, updating and monitoring files using Salesforce. • Contact clients and customers via phone and written communication regarding overdue payments. • Negotiate and establish payment plans to resolve outstanding balances. • Maintain accurate records of all communications and prepare regular account reports. • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing enquiries and concerns promptly. • Carry out ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Candidate Profile • Proficiency in English (essential). • Fluency in Italian, German, or any additional languages is a plus. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
