Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join one of our Surrey based clients on a full time permanent basis.
Daily duties of the Neighbourhood Officer:
* Ensuring residents understand and comply with tenancy and lease conditions
* Managing cases involving hoarding, property neglect, unauthorised alterations, access issues, tenancy fraud, non‑occupancy and overcrowding
* Leading on resident engagement activities and supporting meaningful involvement
* Handling complaints effectively and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
* Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations
* Supporting initiatives to reduce ASB and carrying out tenancy reviews and settling‑in visits
Essential requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:
* Experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities in the public sector
* Previous social housing experience
* Full UK Driver's License
