Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
11. Supporting the Executive Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
12. Leading and developing the brigade to maintain world-class standards
13. Ensuring precision and consistency in every dish served
14. Contributing to menu development and upholding the restaurant’s culinary vision
15. Managing stock control, kitchen organisation, and food safety compliance
