Shift:
6am - 2pm | Monday – Friday
Pay:
$19.00 -$21.00/hour
What You'll Be Doing
* Assist with press/coater setup and operation
* Prepare materials and components for production
* Operate finishing equipment (sheeter, fan folder, tape machine, etc.)
* Monitor and document product quality
* Package and label finished goods
* Support equipment cleaning, maintenance, and 6S housekeeping
* Collaborate with team members and support training efforts
What It Takes
* High School Diploma or GED
* Manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
* Basic math and computer skills
* Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork
* Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance
