Veterinary Surgeon – Medicine Focus | Lincolnshire

The Role:
We’re looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with a medicine bias who is comfortable carrying out minimal surgeries. You’ll be part of a skilled, collaborative team delivering high-quality care to patients and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
* Provide clear and compassionate updates to clients on patient care.
* Mentor and develop colleagues, contributing to a positive, progressive clinical culture.
* Prepare tailored treatment and care plans with transparent cost estimates.
* Support nurse-led consults and schedule 3 procedures to optimise clinic efficiency.
* Collaborate across the wider veterinary community to share clinical best practice.
About the Practice:
The Scunthorpe practice is spacious, modern, and centrally located, with:
* 4 consultation rooms and 1 surgical theatre
* Digital x-ray and ultrasound
* Laparoscopic equipment
* Large prep area and in-house blood analysers
* Support from a Practice Manager, Lead Vet, HRVN, and an experienced Nursing team
Hours & Rota:
* Full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 days
* 1 in 6 Saturdays (09:00–17:00)
* No out-of-hours or bank holiday duties (approx. 1 day per year)
* Flexible and part-time hours considered

Requirements:
* RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
