£27,000 - £27,000 a year The Position We are looking for a On Site Assistant to work in our onsite office at our client’s premises in Grantham NG31 8HX / Ruskington NG34 9SL. Responsibilities Ensuring maximum number of vacancies are filled each week Advertising vacancies and pre screening candidates Carrying out group registrations Presenting group inductions Carrying out right to work checks on applicants Ensuring all registration packs are completed to the required standard Running social media campaigns, ensuring all pages are updated, messages responded to etc Updating of various reports and trackers A successful candidate will have Knowledge of right to work policies in the UK Good people management skills Confident in training and managing large groups of people Time management skills and the ability to manage own workload Ability to work productively under pressure Positive can do attitude Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent organisational skills Keen eye for detail Knowledge of MS office packages (Excel, Word) Driving licence would be an advantage as off site recruitment is sometimes required We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
