This is an excellent opportunity to join our GB Retail business as a Client Service Executive. We are seeking candidates with a broad knowledge of insurance products and markets, a passion for client service, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be working towards or have obtained a Dip CII or be willing to do so.
We now operate a hybrid work style, enabling you to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Office locations: Ipswich, Bristol, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Reading.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding client service and support to a portfolio of new and existing clients across various industry sectors including Infrastructure & Utilities, Manufacturing & Industrial, Land Transport, Leisure & Hospitality, Retail, and Financial Services.
No two days are the same, as our client base includes every type of business in the UK, many with a global reach, offering diverse challenges and opportunities, including managing and developing relationships.
Specific duties include:
Client Relationship Management
* Understand clients’ business and risk management needs; seek solutions to meet those needs through ongoing service.
* Identify primary budget holders and decision-makers; establish and maintain relationships with them.
* Determine suitable solutions, structure, pricing, and placement strategies that meet client needs and ensure profitable business.
* Understand, apply, and explain policies and procedures when necessary.
* Provide technical, industry, and subject matter expertise as required.
* Leverage expertise within technical teams within the business unit and across the Group for clients.
* Liaise with clients and build strong relationships.
Placement Management
* Optimize revenue from new and existing clients using appropriate placement channels and markets for the client segment.
* Maintain relationships with market contacts and the Broking Team as needed.
Operational & Service Delivery
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, markets, and others to maximize service levels.
