Complex Needs Support Worker
Search Healthcare is working with a nationally recognized healthcare provider to source experienced support workers for a residential environment supporting individuals with complex needs.
The Role:
You will support individuals with learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and spinal injuries. The role requires flexible shifts, including day and night shifts, and regular weekend work. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of previous experience as a support worker, particularly with complex needs and severe mental health difficulties. Candidates with MAPA/PMVA training are especially encouraged to apply.

* Desire to build a fulfilling and rewarding career in social care, making a real difference.
* At least 6 months of experience working with individuals with complex needs and severe mental health issues.
* Two years of employment referencing.
