Their bridging finance team provides tailored lending solutions to professional property investors and developers across the UK. They are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the team and help drive growth in the Midlands.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for thenetwork of property brokers, introducers, and clients in the Midlands. You will play a pivotal role in building relationships, originating new business, and supporting our bridging finance proposition, ensuring clients receive excellent service and the right lending solutions.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
* Proven experience in property finance, bridging finance, or specialist lending, ideally in a UK bank or non-bank lender.
* Strong network of property brokers and professional property clients in the Midlands.
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
* Commercially astute with the ability to structure lending solutions to meet client needs.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team.
