Contract -Service Transition Analyst - Outside IR35 - Hybrid working Overview One of our key clients are looking for an experienced Service Transition Analyst to ensure the new and changed IT services are transitioned into live operation with minimal risk and disruption. This role will focus on applications and infrastructure readiness, including requirement gathering, patch management, compliance, and operational handover. Key information Role: Service Transition Analyst - Applications & Infrastructure Location: Newcastle Rate: Outside IR35 Day rate: £400 - £425 Contract Length: 6 months Start Date: 12th January Working Arrangements: Hybrid (onsite working required 2 days per week) Skills & experience needed Multiple years of experience and understanding of ITIL Service Transition principles (Essential) Experience in application and infrastructure deployment projects (Essential) Knowledge of patch management processes and tools (Essential) Ability to gather and document technical and operational requirements Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills Desirable: Familiarity with on-prem infrastructure Awareness of Operational Technology Experience with automation tools for patching/deployment Knowledge of security compliance standards Qualifications: ITIL Foundation (essential)Please click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
