Compliance Manager (Educational Partnership Unit)
The University of Wolverhampton is recruiting for a Compliance Manager within the Educational Partnership Unit (EPU).
You will ensure that partners comply with relevant educational and commercial requirements. You will liaise with supporting departments to ensure relevant data are available to the EPU, partners, and other internal stakeholders.
Working closely with the University’s legal services on new and existing partnership agreements, you will set the operational standard for partnership compliance and lead on the due diligence and institutional approval of prospective partners. You will also oversee the partnerships risk registers, ensuring completion and relevant mitigations are in place.
Based in Wolverhampton, you will be expected to work across all campus locations. There may also be a requirement to travel to UK and international partners.

Directorate of Academic Development and Success
The Directorate of ADS is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing institutional frameworks, standards, and policies for all aspects of the University’s taught portfolio.
The Directorate supports students and staff relating to academic skills development, work-related, online, and lifelong learning. It leads on the University’s Access and Participation Plan (APP). A key focus is ensuring a high-quality, sustainable educational portfolio that delivers excellent student outcomes and aligns with the University curriculum framework.
The Directorate oversees teaching activities (UK and international), ensuring compliance with KPIs and regulations. It supports activities like continuous monitoring and improvement (CMI), curriculum review, and enhances student outcome metrics, including responses to surveys such as the NSS, PTES, and Graduate Outcomes.
The Directorate plays a key role in developing and evaluating activities supporting the Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) and collaborates with faculties and the Student Journey Directorate to deliver the University’s Student Success Strategy.
