Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our busy Property Management Hub in Seaham, supporting the management of a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
Role Overview:
As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our property portfolio. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail. You'll be working closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and the wider Casa team to ensure our properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
* Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal documents
* Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
* Responding to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally
* Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with contractors and scheduling repairs/maintenance
* Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and company procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in lettings or property management is essential
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
Familiarity with property management systems (desirable)
A proactive and professional approach
