Salary: £25,500 per year (40 hours)

The Impact you will have:
* Actively participate & support the AMS Team to ensure tasks are completed according to schedule using CI tools, Methodology, and Briggs Standard Operating Processes.
* Prioritize and support all service-related activities within the team.
* Take ownership to deliver an efficient, world-class, end-to-end customer experience, managing customer expectations to ensure business targets are met.
* Maintain effective communication with both internal and external customers, keeping them informed and managing expectations at all times.

* Strong skills in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word).
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Excellent people management skills.
