30,000- 35,000
Working arrangement:
Monday-Friday, office based with flexible start time.
Overview:
We're seeking a HR professional who is creative and engaging, to join our client's business as a People & Engagement Advisor. This role focuses on recruitment & onboarding, employee engagement, and employer brand and communications.
Key Responsibilities include:
1. Partner with hiring managers to attract and onboard diverse talent, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition for new employees.
2. Deliver engagement initiatives such as team-building events and recognition programs, while enhancing onboarding processes to create positive employee experiences.
3. Promote and strengthen our employer brand through online platforms, social media, and internal communications.
4. Support the development of employee wellbeing programmes and coordinate volunteering activities.
Experience required:
1. Proven HR/People experience, ideally in a fast-paced business (FMCG or similar).
2. Expertise in recruitment and a passion for employer branding.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. A savvy software/systems user with good attention to detail.
