– Permanent – Wigan – £28k per annum
Forrest Recruitment Ltd are exclusively working with our professional client who are a specialist in their field. With over 40 years’ trading and 6000 installations completed, they are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team of 4 based within their open plan office in the heart of Wigan.
Responsibilities
1. Handling sales enquiries and orders
2. Picking up orders and providing quotations
3. Creating purchase orders and sending all invoices
4. Processing and tracking customer orders to ensure on time delivery
5. Managing stock queries and ordering as required
6. Analysing sales data by product type
7. Responding to customer request for product information
8. Preparing and issuing internal contract documentation
9. Providing after sales and customer support
10. Passing onto an implementation team – eventually you will be scheduling jobs and project coordinating
Working Hours:
11. Monday to Thursday (9AM – 5PM)
12. Friday (9AM – 4PM)
They are looking for a confident individual who can work on their own initiative but can also work well within a team. Sales experience would be an advantage but not essential.
