This home-based role is pivotal to the organisation, focusing on delivering Positive Behaviour Support across Derby, Nottinghamshire, Yorkshire, and parts of the East Midlands. Key Responsibilities Guide teams and individuals in Positive Behavioural Support through coaching, mentoring, and bespoke training. Reinforce, develop, implement, and evaluate Behaviour Support Plans tailored to individual needs. Undertake functional assessments and integrate evidence-based interventions to address specific needs. Liaise with clinical specialists, managers, staff, and families to ensure high standards and provide guidance. Keep up-to-date with research, conferences, and forums; identify and deliver additional PBS training where needed. Lead initiatives to reduce restrictive interventions and support multi-disciplinary teamwork for effective practice. Skills & Experience Level 5 qualification relevant to PBS, with willingness to work towards Level 6/7.
