Attend and support culinary competitions, representing the organisation where required. A Senior Culinary Level 4 desirable but not essential recipe development, R and D kitchen, and corporate catering knowledge. Plant forward, seasonal, and sustainable menu principles understanding. Experience supporting events, tastings, or culinary demonstrations.
