Internal Account Coordinator Location: Weybridge, Surrey Pay Rate: £15.02 per hour (Equivalent to approximately £29,300 annually) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days working from home after approximately 2 weeks Parking: Available on-site Start Date: As soon as possible Contract Duration: Ongoing / Potentially permanent Role Summary: A global organisation and leader in its industry is seeking a Internal Account Coordinator to join on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of client accounts from within the business, ensuring high levels of service, accuracy, and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary internal liaison for assigned customer accounts Process customer details and amendments with accuracy and efficiency Working closely with relevant departments Ensure client expectations are met Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve any account-related issues Maintain and update customer records and communications in CRM systems Provide administrative support to Account Managers and Sales Teams as required Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or account coordination role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) is desirable A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership Team player who can also work independently
