ESSENTIAL DUTIES
* Overseeing Technicians within a service workshop environment
* Promote product support services to current and new customers.
* Ensure all work is carried out completely and effectively and the service team record details of diagnosis, and components utilized in line with company and manufacturer standards.
* Contacting Customers to advise on work progress and completion.
* Monitoring work in progress and closing jobs in a timely manner.
* Organising technician workload daily
* Department phone answering
* Time Approval for Technicians
* Mentoring, coaching, and training Technicians.
* Assisting Technicians with Diagnostic queries
* Proactively contacting customers, including Customer visits
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience as a manager within a service role with good technical knowledge.
* Able to think on your feet, resolve problems, organise, and prioritise workloads.
* Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers to provide a very high standard of service.
* Confident in the use of Computers, with ability to learn new systems.
* Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
