The ideal Head Chef will have the following:
* The ability to cook and present dishes according to specifications in a busy environment
* The ability to deliver food GP% to budget
* Experience in stocktaking and stock management
* Excellent communication skills
* High standards of personal hygiene and presentation
* Ability to recruit, train, and coach junior team members
* A strong understanding of food health and safety
Previous experience as a Head Chef in a busy kitchen is essential. You should be eager to develop, willing to take responsibility, and remain calm under pressure.
Salary: Up to £38,000 with a live-in deduction of £4,268 per annum.
