Planning Administrator
Location: Longfield | Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 | Hybrid Working
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and looking to grow your career in planning within a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Planning Administrator to join our team and support our demand planning processes.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our production and supply chain run smoothly, helping to maintain accurate forecasts, manage inventory, and support operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our planning and manufacturing teams, contributing to the success of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Support demand planning and forecasting activities to meet production requirements
* Maintain accurate data in planning systems and monitor stock levels
* Coordinate with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials
* Assist in preparing reports and analysing trends to support business decisions
* Provide general administrative support to the planning team

* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
* Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or planning environment is advantageous but not essential
