We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join our team at Meadows View School, part of the Options Autism family. In this role, you will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with a variety of complex needs. You'll play a key role in helping young people thrive academically, emotionally, and socially—empowering them to build incredible futures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering meaningful education in a therapeutic setting. Your approach will be calm, engaging, and adaptable, always focused on supporting each learner to reach their full potential.


Requirements:

1. Have experience teaching in an SEN/SEMH setting or supporting pupils with complex additional needs
2. Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
3. Can plan and deliver fun, engaging, and differentiated lessons
4. Are confident in using a therapeutic approach and believe in a trauma-informed, person-centred teaching style
5. Are resilient, compassionate, and motivated by helping young people succeed

About the School:

Our new Options Autism School is a specialist school for young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism, and related learning and emotional needs. Capacity is 25 pupils, opening in Easter 2025. With over 16 years of experience, Options Autism provides care and education to pupils, young people, and adults with autism and complex needs. As part of Outcomes First Group, we lead in setting innovative approaches that deliver measurable outcomes. In 2024, we were certified as a Great Place to Work for the fifth consecutive year.


Location & Salary:

Stamford, Lincolnshire - Up to £38k per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position.
