Job Opportunity: Operations Specialist at Amazon

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, lengthy projects across multiple teams and locations. We are looking for an Operations Specialist who shares Amazon's passion for the customer—someone who understands the importance of compelling delivery programs in creating an overall customer (seller and buyer) experience.
In this role, you will work closely with sellers, seller support, customer service, sales, and 3P carriers to identify delivery and fulfillment issues faced by sellers and collaborate to alleviate their short-term problems. You will also partner with product management teams to identify long-term delivery and fulfillment features and programs to enhance the seller and customer experience on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
1. Projects:
* Develop analytical models to assess problems, solutions, and business impact
* Understand business problems, available data, and apply appropriate statistical techniques
* Provide insights for strategic planning to management
1. Reporting:
* Design, develop, automate, and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards on key business drivers
* Collaborate with operations and business teams to develop and implement KPIs, automated reports, and data infrastructure improvements
* Enable effective decision-making by aggregating data from multiple sources into actionable formats
* Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management
2. Data Management:
* Manage data pipelines and warehouses
* Coordinate with technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
* Continuously improve reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying support for customers
Note: The role requires working on Saturday and Sunday, with two additional days off during the week.
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sales or account management experience
* Bachelor's degree
