What you will be doing:
1. Train to become an authority in product-oriented custom professional services delivery, upholding and role modelling optimum practice processes, tools and methodologies.
2. Deliver custom professional services projects.
3. Support the scoping of product-oriented solutions to learn about E2E solution design and delivery.
4. Create and deliver customer results presentations and find solutions in a customer-focused delivery environment.
5. Evaluate data for test development, optimization and benchmarking, conducting local validation studies as well as developing content for assessments and supporting tools.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential:
6. Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology or a closely related field
7. Intermediate knowledge of excel, SPSS and PowerPoint.
8. Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
9. Ability to work independently.
Desirable:
10. Knowledge of psychometric test design, analytics and data management.
11. Masters in Occupational Psychology.
12. Experience on projects and taking care of customer/stakeholder relationships.
The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
