Benefits 25 days of annual leave, increasing with length of service Attendance bonus Prize draws Continuous learning and development opportunities Flexible working options About the role Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, your key duties may include: Managing your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold and some panel work Providing sound legal advice to a wide range of clients on property matters Building and maintaining a good client network Drafting and reviewing all relevant legal documents Conducting property searches Overseeing the completion and exchange of contracts About You The successful candidate for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will ideally have 3-5 years previous experience in Property law, has excellent communication, interpersonal and client care skills and are confident in their own ability.
