-Initiate online and offline creator campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-3+ years of working in talent management divisions of short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs. Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.
-Fluent in English, experienced in remote online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
-Good project management skill.
