Are you ready for what’s next, now? We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor for our office in Enderby, UK. The position is full-time, working 1 day from home. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing customer base.
About the Role
As the primary point of contact for customer service inquiries, this role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely service. Responsibilities include daily communication with customers, establishing meaningful relationships, and managing bookings and performance efficiently.
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport industry is required.
1. Utilize the inform system to monitor operational activities.
2. Report non-compliance with processes to customers and 3T Account Management.
3. Report daily operational KPIs internally and externally.
4. Escalate and detail customer complaints in line with SLAs.
5. Handle Proof of Delivery (POD) requests.
6. Manage the claim process efficiently.
7. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
8. Ensure data accuracy, investigate data quality issues, and assess cost implications.
9. Monitor customer compliance, report deviations from SOPs.
10. Generate weekly and monthly operational reports.
11. Report volume fluctuations or profile changes contrary to forecasts, escalating as needed.
About you
* Experience in customer service within logistics, supply chain, or similar field (required)
* Initiative and motivation: able to work independently and self-motivate.
* Adaptability: able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Stakeholder relationship management: capable of building internal and external relationships.
* IT skills: proficient in navigating systems and tools.
* Communication skills: good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
