Warehouse Operative - A Role with Variety ARC Recruitment is looking for a reliable and diligent Warehouse Operative to join a team in a clean, food-grade environment in Norwich. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently. Following strict hygiene and safety procedures within a food-grade environment. Preparing goods for dispatch. Working as part of a team to meet daily targets. Required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or food-grade environment is an advantage, but not essential. A strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team. Physical fitness, as the role may involve standing for long periods. Pay & Hours Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour. When rolled up with holiday pay, this amounts to £13.68 per hour. Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Contract: Full-time, ongoing. Why Work for ARC?
