The Role
Are you a motivated Team Leader, Assistant Care Manager, or Care Manager seeking a new challenge or the next step in your career? We are looking for a committed, career-focused individual within the Domiciliary Care market to manage our upcoming branch, covering either the Manchester or Northampton areas. You will have experience in the Domiciliary Care sector, eager to develop a new start-up branch and shape its growth.
Our client, established for 25 years, is regarded as a market leader in care services. They pride themselves on person-centred care, and ensure their Care Managers share this ethos and align with core values.
You should have knowledge and insight into the Domiciliary Care market, with the ability to develop, lead, and grow the branch. Comfort with selling in the care sector and working towards targets and KPIs is essential.
If you are currently a registered Domiciliary Care Manager or ready to advance into management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of strategic growth. As the Registered Manager, your opinions and decisions will be vital to the branch's success.
As a Care Manager, you will be a relationship builder capable of developing new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service. A car driver is required. The branch will initially focus on care at home and social support, with openness to exploring other areas of care.
As the registered Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring CQC compliance and service excellence. A good understanding of this area is essential.
Key Attributes and Skills
* Extensive experience supporting and providing care in a domiciliary setting
* Strong knowledge of CQC compliance processes and monitoring standards
* Proven track record of achieving GOOD or better inspection ratings
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
* Excellent business and interpersonal skills, capable of working under pressure and achieving KPIs
* Caring and empathetic approach, developing person-centred care plans
* Dedicated to a client-focused approach and high service standards
