Responsibilities
* Support the assessment of service users' functional abilities and occupational needs.
* Deliver therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation programmes as directed.
* Monitor and record progress, reporting changes to the Occupational Therapist.
* Assist with provision, demonstration, and review of adaptive equipment.
* Promote independence, safety, and wellbeing in daily activities.
* Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.
* Maintain accurate clinical records in line with professional and organisational standards.
* Support risk assessment and safeguarding processes.
