Social Worker – Children with Disabilities

What will I be doing?
As a CWD social worker you will manage complex child‑rearing situations, conduct inspections, develop welfare plans, and work closely with other professionals and agencies. While the role involves paperwork, panels and procedural work, you will spend substantial time engaging with children and families, applying creative solutions, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes. You will receive training and support while working in a stable management team committed to your development.
Qualifications and Experience
• Qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
• Substantial experience working with children and families in a social work setting.
• Own vehicle or access to a vehicle is essential.
• Willingness to use technology and participate in virtual meetings and team check‑ins.

Salary
£37,280 – £41,771 per annum.
