About The Role

We’re looking for a Channel Manager – Renewals Hub to join the Digital and Direct Marketing team at Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS). About The Role

We’re looking for a Channel Manager – Renewals Hub to join the Digital and Direct Marketing team at Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS). Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, you'll be leading the development, growth, and ongoing management of Renewals Hub — our retailer facing customer and renewals lead management platform.

This is a brand-new channel, offering you a unique opportunity to lead its full lifecycle, from initial rollout to long-term strategy and performance optimisation. You’ll work across multiple departments and brands, shaping the future of one of our most important lead management tools with c3,000 end users.

Key Responsibilities


* Define the strategic direction and develop roadmaps to achieve commercial and customer experience objectives.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver commercial and customer value.
* Influence senior leadership and collaborate with Product Management (Owners?), Brands, Sales teams, Dealers, and Marketplaces.
* Ensure the product delivers seamless and compliant customer & user journeys
* Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on business strategy and investments.
* Oversee channel performance & lead optimisation, customer & retailer feedback, and issue resolution.
* Engage and manage suppliers, ensuring budgets are controlled and deliverables are met within approved limits.
* Lead, support and develop teams through a matrix structure, driving a positive and inclusive culture

What We’re Looking For

* Proven commercial background, ideally in Automotive, Financial Services, or Brand-led environments
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leadership
* Strategic mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
* Experience in sales or commercial strategy
* Understanding of IT, data and digital technologies (Salesforce experience a plus)
* Familiarity with regulated industries, particularly Financial Services (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels
