Foster a stimulating classroom environment that encourages creativity, performance, and musical appreciation. Plan, assess, and report on student progress in line with curriculum standards. Contribute to the extra-curricular life of the school, including school concerts and music clubs. Work collaboratively with department staff and the wider school community.
