Nightshift Production Supervisor

Location: Huntly, Aberdeenshire

Salary: £48,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the night shift, ensuring a safety‑focused culture while meeting quality targets and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise night shift operations from 7 pm to 5 am, Monday to Thursday.
• Make decisions and solve mechanical or technical issues during the night shift.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of all production paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coach and train team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food production processes.
• Proactive, effective team player with a can‑do attitude.
• Experience managing a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
