We’re partnering with a respected and growing HR Consultancy to find an experienced HR Advisor who is confident, responsive, and client-focused. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives on variety and values meaningful, advisory relationships with clients.
In this role, you’ll work with a portfolio of clients across various sectors, supporting them with a wide range of HR issues. From day-to-day queries to complex employee relations cases, policy development, and project work, you’ll be a trusted point of contact offering commercially sound and practical guidance.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and professional team where flexibility, autonomy, and high standards are central to the way they work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert HR advice to clients on employee relations, performance management, absence, and compliance
2. Draft and update HR documentation including policies, contracts, and handbooks
3. Support HR audits, project work, and the delivery of tailored training where required
4. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
