We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our client's expanding team in the Upminster area. For this position, our client is looking for someone who has a proven track record as a Mortgage Adviser, preferably with Estate Agency experience.
Working hours
* Full-time
* Office-based role
The successful Mortgage Adviser will be offered
* Base Salary package - £25,000 - £40,000
* OTE £50,000 - £100,000
* Uncapped commission, generous structure (15% - 50% of banked income)
* Additional commission after referrals to estate agency, lettings, conveyancing, and surveyors

Key responsibilities as a Mortgage Adviser
* Collaborate effectively with estate agency teams to promote mortgage and financial services
* Deliver the highest standard of customer advice and care
* Convert booked appointments into successful business outcomes
* Follow up on missed opportunities and maintain ongoing customer contact
* Ensure adherence to sales structures, compliance, and quality guidance
* Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
