Job Title: Social Worker – Older People and Hospital Social Work Team
Location: Conwy
Rate: £34.81 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Older People and Hospital Social Work Team based in Conwy.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will deliver a high-quality social work service to older people who are deemed vulnerable or in need of support. You will work with the citizen, carers, and families to provide support and develop resilience and independence. Ensuring that the citizen, families, and carers are at the centre of decision-making about their lives and the outcomes they want to achieve will be a key focus.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To succeed in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a full UK driving license, and have post-qualified experience. You should also have a degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work.
