The Role
As Legal Secretary, you will provide comprehensive support across three Partners, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Audio and digital dictation
* High-volume typing and document production
* Drafting legal correspondence and court documentation
* Managing files using the ALB case management system
* Diary management for client appointments and court hearings
* Maintaining accurate case records and documentation
* Liaising with clients and external stakeholders
The Person
Essential Criteria:
* Previous experience working within legal administration/support
* Strong audio typing and document formatting skills
* Ability to manage multiple diaries and priorities
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience within legal setting
