Secondary Tutor (1:1) Our Secondary Tutors play a vital role in helping students who need extra support in core subjects. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging one-to-one or small group lessons in Maths and English, tailored to secondary-level learning needs. Adapt lesson content and pace to suit different learning styles and abilities. Support students in developing subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence. Build a trusting, consistent rapport to create a safe and supportive learning environment. Monitor progress and provide clear, constructive feedback to parents/carers or professionals as required. Essential Requirements Minimum of 1 years experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English at secondary level. Experience working with learners in a 1:1 or small group setting. Right to work in the UK. Must hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check. Desirable Qualifications PGCE in Secondary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
