The role
As a Works Coordinator at Ecogee, you will play a key role in the operational planning, scheduling, and compliance delivery of social housing and wider funded retrofit projects, including PV and renewables installations.
You will make sure all works are programmed efficiently, customer journeys are managed properly, and compliance with funding, technical and quality standards are maintained at every stage.
This role supports the Contract Manager in coordinating survey, design and installation phases, ensuring works are sequenced, resourced and evidenced in line with PAS 2035, MCS, Trust Mark, and client and funder requirements.
The right fit
* You must have experience in administration, scheduling or planning within construction, retrofit, renewables or social housing.
* You have a working knowledge of PAS 2035, and MCS requirements.
* You’re proficient with Microsoft Office and tracking tools.
* You have strong communication and prioritisation skills.
* You have experience as a central point of contact between on-site and off-site teams.
* You have a positive can do attitude with the ability to work under pressure.

Ecogee specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Our services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
Originally established in 2012, we were set up in response to the Government’s energy efficiency programme to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.
